This 3 days gorilla trekking Rwanda takes you to Volcanoes national park which is home to the endangered mountain gorillas in Rwanda.
Our driver will pick you from your residence or Airport in Kigali, go for a city tour where you will visit the Genocide memorial site, the local market, have lunch and drive to Volcanoes National Park. Dinner and overnight stay at Kinigi guest house. (B.L.D)
After breakfast, head to the park headquarters by 7 am for a pre-tracking briefing about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas. You will then proceed to trek the mountain gorillas. As soon as you have found the gorilla family, you will spend an hour with them. After the memorable adventure with the gorillas, you will have lunch. After that Dinner and overnight at Kinigi guest house. (B.L.D)
In the morning after breakfast, set off with your guide. There are many guided and unguided walks around Volcanoes National Park Rwanda. Musanze is a mountain town with a lot of exciting activities to enjoy. One of the activities will be to walk to Musanze market. Meet and interact with the local people some of whom were former poachers who will entertain you with local dances.
You can also either walk to the beautiful twin lakes of Burera and Ruhondo or go via a canoe. Take photos and videos of the beautiful scenery. Drive back to Kigali to catch your flight back home.
